Imaging, dental records and clinical photographs
Imaging of the jaw and the dental assessment made during an assessment form part of your medical record and are stored under the hospital's record rules. They are not published on this site. Because an angle resection is planned from measurements of bone and from the course of a nerve, that imaging is part of the clinical record rather than an optional extra, and any use beyond your own care requires your separate written consent.
